Our Mission
Fuel and Flourish exists to help chronically ill cuties feel seen, supported, and capable of moving forward. Even on the hard days. Our mission is to create the kind of support that can be hard to find elsewhere.
We offer comfort, encouragement, and practical tools for people living with all kinds of conditions and challenges.
Our Approach
We believe in doing what you can with what you have, right where you are. Being sick is tough and having tools readily available was a big step that I needed and didn't have. So we try to help in ways that prepare you for your struggles and help you no matter what burdens or illnesses you may have.
Around here we focus on realistic encouragement, soft coping, and tools that make life feel a little more doable. That includes cute, inclusive designs, gentle activities, cooking, and everyday support. These things are difficult to navigate alone while you're sick.

Our Team
Fuel and Flourish is currently run by Nat, a sick girl who chose to keep creating through the pain. Even if it means designing a new sticker in a waiting room, or writing a post, this is how I support myself and show up for others too.
And while I’m the one building it day to day, I’m not doing it alone. I consider my partner, my friends, and my entire medical team part of our team here as well. They are the people who help hold me up, keep me safe, and remind me I can keep going. Fuel and Flourish would not exist without them.
